A mother, trainer, community member, Teresa Lashmet is a formidable presence in her society and MIAMI police force. Strong, amiable, friendly, animal rights supporter; the police officer Miami has become the pulse of the state with her brave deeds and loving nature. Children and women in the community feel safer with a woman police officer as she can understand their needs, the way they want to be approached and more!

This makes the police force more sensitive. A nation which was facing the problem of diversity, such a police officer truly lives unto the values of the American Constitution.

When she was training for CLEET, there was time when she could not and meet the kids. Her mother took the initiative and

took care of the kids. This has made her family more strong and trust worthy.

Her fellow police officer Miami at the police force also feel that she is very hardworking and dedicated. Officer Lashmet didn’t know that her colleagues feel like this about her. She is happy that she is looked up as a trustworthy figure. Not everyone in the police force know her, but that’s ok. Many people are coming to know about her.

THIRTY years on and Teresa Lashmet’s leadership in the MIAMI police department has made the neighborhood safer. Being a working person, you deal with the different characters and people with the surprising nature. Teresa Lashmet is the kind-hearted, calm but an enthuse person, who choose civil service by her own choice. It takes guts to serve whole life for the society, moreover for the nation.  Teresa says, “I was always in the influence of this field and eagerly wanted to join this profession. I never considered it as a duty but I believe that I am lucky to have a chance to pay back for the betterment of the society and wholeheartedly take it as my responsibility”. TERESA inspires peace!

Inspiring constant seeds of peace is what Teresa Lashmet , police officer Miami is known for. Recently she taught a number of kids scuba diving at a workshop at a local gym; and it was such a hit. Police force does not cultivate peace and win hearts by cleaning crime. But, also by such small deeds which bring the world closer.
